Catch you on the flip side,
Mr. Cast Iron
I just came across your website while googling cast iron. I have a question to ask. I purchased a 9″ cast iron skillet last year. This skillet has a nonstick coating that was applied by the manufacturer. I noticed that the coating is popping up and peeling off in spots. I do not use this pan now. Is there anything I can do to take that coating completely off and re-season this pan? I hate to throw it away.
Thanks for your time,
Joyce
