Fried Green Beans With Minced Pork (In A Cast Iron Skillet)

This video is a favorite side-dish of ours called Fried Green Beans With Minced Pork. It is a Szechuan dish known as Chinese green beans with minced pork, and it's delicious and easy to make. In a cast-iron skillet, we fried green beans with bacon grease until all the moisture is cooked from the beans. Remove to drain and add the minced pork, garlic, and onions along with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of Worchester sauce and cook until the pork is cooked through. Once the pork is cooked, add the green beans back in and mix well.
