Game Day Nachos In A Cast Iron Skillet

We are making our Game Day Nachos in a cast iron skillet just in time for the Super Bowl. These can be made anytime and for any occasion, because they are easy to make and don't take very long. They make for a great game day food and goes with our Game Day Queso Dip https://youtu.be/eYcjWvlDJdY. These two combinations make for our favorite Game Day Nachos Recipe!! Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. In a cast-iron skillet, layer some corn tortilla chips evenly in skillet. Next, add your hamburger and sausage mix. Place some chopped onions and green bell peppers. Next, we add our drained Rotel, black beans, and black olives. Finally, we spread a generous amount of Mexican blend of shredded cheese and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add some slices of jalapenos and a dollop or two of sour cream.
