(Cast Iron) Fried Potatoes And Onions

In this short video, Mr. Cast Iron demonstrates how to make pan fried potatoes and onions in a cast iron skillet. You could use olive oil but we are using bacon grease. Bacon grease gives it a very good flavor. This is an old country staple here in the Mid-South. Pan fried potatoes and onions can be eaten alone or they go well with beans and ham too!
