Gourmet FRIED BOLOGNA Sandwich | A (Mr Cast Iron) Southern Fried Bologna Sandwich

Gourmet Fried Bologna Sandwich is today's video. Have you ever had a fried bologna sandwich? Well, today I am going to show you how to make my special gourmet fried bologna sandwich! I'll be cooking it on my Lodge Cast Iron Grill/Griddle (https://amzn.to/323uTK7) I start out with a little butter on the griddle instead of oil. Butter makes everything better! Then we add our deli bologna. I always cut a couple of small slits on the edges to keep my bologna from swelling up and just cooking the edges. We let those cook for a few minutes on each side until we get a good char on each side. You don't want to fry them so crispy that they are burnt. Once they reach the desired doneness, we add our deli cheddar cheese and let that melt in. Then we take our bread and add some mayonnaise on one side of the bread and we put mustard on the other piece. This time we added a few Pringles potato chips top our gourmet fried bologna sandwich!
