Fried Bologna and Scrambled Eggs

Today we are making some Fried Bologna And Scrambled Eggs! There's nothing like good ole bologna and scrambled eggs unless of course it a fried bologna and egg sandwich! In this video, we are cooking fried bologna and scrambled eggs on the Lodge cast iron reversible grill/griddle. I start with a couple of pieces of bologna and a couple of country eggs. I like to let the bologna char lightly but don't burn it. Chop the bologna into bite-sized pieces and stir as you cook it. Once it is nice and charred add the scrambled eggs. I don't add anything to my eggs when mixing them like water or milk. I just scramble them and add them to the bologna.
