In this video, we are making a 3 Meat Chili recipe in a dutch oven. It is not just a 3 meat chili, but also a 3 bean chili. Our 3 meat chili recipe starts with ground beef. Also, we have some ground pork and some ground venison. First, we brown our ground meats with an onion and a large tablespoon of minced garlic. Once those are browned, we start adding in our beans. In this chili recipe, we are using dark red kidney beans, chili beans, and black beans—next, we ad in a can of Rotel and a can of tomato sauce. Next, we add our spices. We've added one tablespoon of oregano, one tablespoon of cumin, and about four or five tablespoons of chili powder. Give this a good stir and combine this mixture well and blend in a couple of cups of beef broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Once the chili is boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for another thirty to forty-five minutes. Remove the lid and give your 3 meat chili a good stir. I like to eat mine with Scoops and mild cheddar cheese.
