Sausage And Egg CASSEROLE With Hash Browns

This is so easy to make, and it's all in one pan. The first thing is to preheat your oven to 400 degrees. We start with sausage, onions, and bell peppers, sauteed in a cast iron skillet. Next, we remove those to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Next, we mix our eggs, milk, and cheese and add our favorite (SPG) salt, pepper, and garlic. In the Lodge casserole dish, add the hash brown potatoes, and cover with some cheese. On top of that, we layer the sausage, onions, and bell peppers. Pour the egg mixture evenly over these ingredients. Add more cheese and mushrooms and bake for about 30-45 minutes until the eggs are set, and a knife comes out clean.
