In this video, we are making a campfire pork roast in the Lodge Cast Iron Cook It All. I remember as a kid my mom cooking pork roasts and pot roasts for lunch on Sundays after church. So, today, in her honor, I decided to make a good ole pork loin roast outside on the open fire using the Cast Iron Cook It All.
