Sauerkraut And Hot Dogs In A Cast Iron Skillet

In this video, we are making Sauerkraut And Hot Dogs in a cast-iron skillet. I love hot dogs and mustard, and I love hot dogs and sauerkraut, so today I thought to myself, how about a hotdog with mustard and sauerkraut? This video shows you my simple little sauerkraut and hot dogs recipe!! To start with, we heat our cast-iron skillet on the stove and melt about two tablespoons of butter. Next, we add half of the white onion and let it sweat down. Then we add a whole jar of sauerkraut and let this mixture cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. We add our hot dogs on top of the sauerkraut and let those steam. When the liquid is nearly all gone, we place a couple of buns on top of the hot dogs to steam and warm up.
