Corn Fritters With Pancake Mix

In today's how-to cooking videos, we will show you how to make corn fritters with pancake mix using the Bisquick pancake mix. These sweetcorn fritters are so easy to make and are great for snacks or an appetizer, and they make great side dishes as well! Corn fritters are great for dinner too! Sweetcorn fritters are yummy and they are one of my favorite corn recipes to make! To me, its home cooking and that's why I wanted to show you how to cook this wonderful comfort food that some call soul food cooking! Whatever you call it...I call it a great recipe!! Ingredients: 1 cup Bisquick 3/4 cup of buttermilk 1 egg (beaten) 1 can sweet corn or whole kernel corn(drained) 1/4 chopped onion (optional) Salt and pepper 1. Heat your griddle or cast-iron skillet and add just a small amount of grease. 2. Mix all ingredients to make a thick batter and fry in a skillet or grill on a griddle! 3.
