Shredded Chicken Street Tacos

In honor of the National Hispanic Heritage Month, Mr. Cast Iron will make some authentic Mexican shredded chicken street tacos today for Taco Tuesday! Street tacos are not like your typical tacos that you would buy from Taco Bell or that you would buy and bring home those crunchy taco shells. No, these are made with soft tortillas, and typically how they're made is with corn, but you can also use flour tortillas if you choose. Shredded chicken street tacos are the best and are so easy to make, with only a few ingredients. Of course, there is the shredded or pulled chicken and some sauteed onions. We added some tasty seasoning of our choice, and I'm using Uncle Steve's Thick Meat seasoning today. But you can use whatever seasoning you choose for this recipe. And once we get those tacos assembled, we add a little bit of chopped onion, some chopped cilantro, and then squeeze a little bit of lime on top, and you're good to go.
