Mr. Cast Iron is making a whole roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots. First, we spatchcock the chicken, season it well, and then add the vegetables. We are baking all of this in one pan and roasting it in the oven using a 9x13 Lodge Cast Iron Dish Pan.
