Venison Meatloaf With Lipton Onion Soup Mix
In this video, we’re going to be making venison meatloaf. This venison meatloaf recipe is my own weird concoction of ingredients. I start with a pound of ground venison, a pound of ground beef, and a pound of extra sage sausage. Next, we add about half a cup of green bell pepper and half a cup of white onion chopped roughly. Also, add about a tablespoon of minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. I add about a tablespoon of mustard and about a tablespoon of ketchup. Also, I add a can of Rotel, about a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and my secret ingredient is a packet of Lipton onion soup mix. Next, I mix this in with some bread crumbs. I use about half a cup to one cup of breadcrumbs. Combine all this into a loaf. Place in my 13-inch cast-iron skillet into a preheated 350° oven for approximately one hour and a half. Check and make sure it’s about 165 to 170° remove and enjoy your venison meatloaf!
