Cabbage Foil Pack On The Grill With Mr. Cast Iron

Cabbage foil pack dinners on the grill are the recipe for today's video. I've seen several cabbage foil pack recipes but this one is pretty simple. We start with a head of cabbage, and onion, salt and pepper and a little olive oil. That's pretty much it as far as ingredients go. Cut the cabbage into quarters, and cut the onion into quarters too. Add a quarter stick of butter. Drizzle on some olive oil and then we added a little salt and pepper to taste. Wrap it all up into aluminum foil and place it on your grill. Now you have a cabbage foil pack. Not only can you put them on a grill but, you can cook them out on an open fire or in the oven too. They are so easy to do and they make for a great side dish. It is a great addition to any type of meat that you may be grilling.
